| The Middle Ages
 | In English history The Middle Ages covers the period from around the collapse of the Roman Empire to the end of the Wars of the Roses. In our course we will be concentrating more on the period from the Norman Conquest in 1066 onwards.

Senior Science
| Senior Science covers Year 6 to Year 7. We are undergoing a transition at the moment because of the new timetable. It will appear to many that Y6 and Y7 are doing the same topics. Initially this is the case but in Y6 we will be taking the basics of the 13+ syllabus more slowly, so that we can complete the syllabus for 13+ Science earlier than in previous years. The current Y7 will still get all they need before their entrance exams in Y8 but they may have to work a little harder! |

Tudors and Stuarts
 | Tudors and Stuarts is the topic for Yr5 History. This was the time in English history when our language became recognisably English, when Henry VIII had too many wives, the Spanish Armada came to a sticky end and Charles I came to an even stickier end after falling out with Parliament.
